SOFTUBE VST NOT WORKING PRESONUS STUDIO ONE WINDOWS 10
I am running on a Windows 10 Dell laptop, and studio one is Studio One 3 Artist, 3.3. Also, it's not the computer, because I can put in a music CD, and it will play just fine. WAV, (I can't remember) and I could hear it when I played it on Windows Media Player. I made a little test song by dragging in some loops, and I exported it to. Even if both are playing at the same time! I have checked the box that says "Release audio device in background". I can play sound on other things -for instance, YouTube- and sound will work on that, but not on studio one. I can see in the corner the blue lines on the master volume thing are bouncing, so it's trying to play sound, but none is coming out. I start a new song, and I can drag in loops and such, but no sound will play.
Problem only exists on my newer desktop i5 9400 CPU.Hello everyone! My problem is simple- if I open up studio one, it will load up correctly, and will bring me to the menu screen. Ruled out Cubase 11.10.0 by trying Cubase 10.5 GUI is scaled wrong so buttons don't work when pressed, and I can't add Modules. In my case it was Softube Central and now it is Modular GUI. I've seen in some posts online the issue is to do with Nvidia GPUs (I have one) and the Softube GUI with OpenGL.Īnyone been able to find a fix? It's quite annoying as I've paid good money for a couple of plugins and they are now unusable.I also have been having problems with Softube. I've tried with Ableton and Reaper and both have the same issue. This seems to be quite a common issue from what I've seen and I haven't seem to be able to find a fix.īasically a few months ago all of a sudden the Softube plugins made my computer freeze up and were unable to be used although I could remove them from the DAW and everything works ok then. I thought softube were a good company, but this is unacceptable.ĭid you try both VST versions? I have similar issues with Softube VST3 in my DAW, but VST works fine. Maybe it would just be so much easier to throw my computer into the ocean and buy a xylophone or a didgeridoo or something. I updated everything via softube central about 30 minutes ago, so, at the time of writing, I'm using the most current versions. If I could see the plugins' settings, I could turn Open GL dependency off, but what can ya do when the GUI won't load ? Im on windows 10, 64bit, 2.8ghz processor, 32gb ram and inbuilt graphics which is probably having some issue with OpenGL as far as I can tell. I'm inclined to think this is definitely a graphics issue as saturation knob gets stuck somewhere between FL opening its wrapper, and saturation knob trying to get the image file to display it's smaller GUI. I've tried the nanohost fix, the deleting the txt files from the roaming folder fix, and none of these work. I just bought harmonics and modular in the last few weeks and now none of them open. I've only just written to support an hour ago, but after searching all over the net, the general consensus is that a reply could take weeks, if at all. They have previously worked, but now they don't. I've started having problems with Softube plugins as well.
